Our documentation service follows a strict chain-of-custody protocol designed to support growers who need third-party observation records for their certifier, insurance, or operational records.
Conduct a structured on-site observation of visible crop conditions, field margins, and adjacent land use at the time of the documented event. We record what is visible and measurable — nothing more.
Create a timestamped, geo-referenced field record including photographs, weather conditions at time of observation, crop stage, and visible indicators. Documentation follows a standardized format suitable for grower recordkeeping.
Produce a basic site map showing the documented area, observation points, field boundaries, and relevant adjacent land uses. Mapping is observational only — we do not perform survey-grade measurements or property-line determinations.
Collect plant tissue, soil, or surface residue samples following a documented chain-of-custody protocol. Samples are sealed, labeled, and logged in the presence of the grower. Regenera does not analyze samples — we collect and transfer them.
Transfer collected samples and documentation to a qualified third-party laboratory, certifier, or regulatory authority designated by the grower. Regenera does not interpret laboratory results, make regulatory filings on behalf of the grower, or contact agencies without written authorization.
